Hmm think I've stumbled across a bug, sorry if it's has been covered but I did do a good search and think I have the latest version of T2 as I have a re-release version I bought a few years ago but I will check my version toworro (can't be bothered booting up Win98 atm ;) ).
Anyways I have wipped out all the guards (that I know of) in the first mission and have found the door with the women in it. So I go back to Basso and blow that wistle and it says objective complete but he just stands there as if he's lost interest in his dame, although I continue to blow the wistle and walk away down to the door. Even leaving a trail of pretty green neon flares doesn't entice him! Do I have to threaten him with my sword?, I already knocked him out for fun!:D (Dont worry my game is saved many a time).
Any thoughts? Cheers.

Did you save a flashbomb?:D
Seriously, I don't know what you can do. Maybe you can nudge him all the way to Jenivere's door. It'll take you a couple of days. And then you can use what you've learned from the technique to dispose of guards without violating the no-kill objective.
Sorry. I'm not helping...

HELP!!!
I want to keep playing!

Did you KILL anyone? If so you are screwed.
Try a REPLAY from the main menu.

If you get desperate, you can use the ctrl-shift-end combo to skip to the next level. I think it's that key combo :erm:

CTRL>ALT>SHIFT>END from left to right on the Keyboard. Also works on T2X.

No I didn't kill anyone and if I did it should have failed me which it did when I tried it on someone.
Basso doesn't have to go through the front gate does he? Because I havnt knocked out the guard that patrols that area.
Well thanks for the level skip, might have to do that eventually and watch the cut scene manually:( Anyone know the file name? I don't really wanna replay the whole level so...
I'll keep experimenting for now though...
Btw I have a version released by "Sold out Software". The front end doesn't seem to show any version information so Im assuming I have the latest.

Check the version ##. Start the game mission and hit CTRL>ALT>V and the version will appear on the screen.
If it does not say 1.18 then use the patch from here for the Premier version.

I had that exact problem several times while I was recording it. I've actually got a "blooper" of it saved back. I ended up getting so pissed I whacked them both while they were just standing there being dumb-asses.
Nearest I can tell, the sob gets "spooked" if he sees any open doors or unconscious bodies along the way. So go through before he gets there, and close every single door that he doesn't pass through to get to Ginny's. Make sure you hid all the bodies out of his sight, not just in the shadows. I generally hide them behind a closed door, or around a corner.
I had to replay his run about 5 or 6 times before I got it nailed down that it was open doors and bodies that was the problem.

However i'm not sure how you wacked them both when I can't get access to the womens door cause basso barge bum wont move.:p
Anyways I'll report back guys.
