I didn't know where else to post this, so I thought I'd post it here. If I posted it in the wrong place, please let me know.
OK, on to the post.
Is there a way to get rid of rust mites without hunting them all down? A command or edit to a game file? I'm lazy and I really don't feel like tracking each and every one of the buggers down. Also they creep me out to no end. For some reason I'm terrified of cockroaches.

if you hate cockroaches so much then you should take pride in blowing the little bastards up.
i don't know of any cheat, though. but killing rust mites is worth it if you want the hammers to, you know, not hate you.
for that matter, you see them in the course of your nightly triapsing around town, so just splatter them when you see 'em.

Being purposely vague:
The Hammers make a proposal to you. They bless your broadheads so they are able to destroy the rustmites. Killing rustmites increases your allied status with the Hammer faction.
