Well, not IN the cooler, since neither Cheez Whiz nor Velveeta require refrigeration. Around here it's usually in an endcap near the chips and/or tortillas.

Damn straight at your obvious sarcasm. Cheez Whiz, and Velveeta, as ZB mentioned above, barely count as food in my book, let alone cheese.
Well, that's not totally fair. Velveeta does have some redeeming value. Getting a block of it, melting it in the microwave, and mixing it with Rotel canned tomatoes does make for some surprisingly tasty tortilla dip.
...which I can't eat at the moment. Nor any of the other incredibly good sandwiches I've seen in this thread, because I'm on a crash almost-but-not-quite starvation diet. It sucks horribly. I'm so, so hungry for something other than low fat meats on wheat bread with vegetables sans condiments and other low calorie not-meals.

I've always assumed Velveeta is some kind of advanced polymer. But yeah, it's the only way to go for nacho cheese dip. Proper cheese sauces are just too darn fiddly for parties.

I still find it a little funny Aerothorn was speaking as if these things take "skill" haha.
The concept alone is half of it right there. And maybe too much skill wouldn't be as funny.
