I forgot to mention this - if you have Oblivion, Law#s, I'd recommend you try out a mod called (
http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13714) The Dungeons of Ivellon. I got a few good hours of scare out of it, a very atmospherically designed environment with a harsh, old-school feel to it. You can use the (
http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10763) Darnified UI mod as well to minimalise the HUD to your liking to further ease immersion.

To be frank, I found the Nosferatu a bit underwhelming after what I've been hearing about the need to constantly hide and conceal. The additional dialogue quips were great, but the overall gameplay was hardly affected. I still ran around and talked to people randomly, only scaring them when I was literally in their face.
