One could also, if one should feel particularly foolhardy, attempt to get Thief 2 to run in a windowed mode, but I gather that comes with another, unique set of problems.

Anybody know of a trick that works with Photoshop?
BrokenArts on 26/2/2008 at 17:04
I personally like to use FRAPS. Easier to use, you can see your frame rate while in game, for any game really. You get better color, etc etc, and yes more etc. I quit using in game screen capture. Not as much mucking around with the color and lighting using FRAPS. OK, thats just me then.

In the early days, I glued the pictures together myself and saved 'em to floppies. Then those files were stolen.:nono: "Taffer!"
Does Photoshop have a screen-capture utility?
Anyway, Alt+Print Screen works for me, but that means showing the highlighted areas.

I'll be right back, and check my adobe photochop....after some digging, and what I assumed was a no, it seems its a no.
jtr7, you glued them! You idiot, cave drawings were the in thing back then. ~_^

:laff:
Gluing K-D Site cave labels onto one map, and Casing/Masks labels was a pain.

I'm sorry, I'm just really stupid sometimes, and I don't care!! OK being serious now. Using FRAPS, this image from 7 Sisters, I didn't have to touch up one thing. Seems using the ingame screen capture, I have to mess with contrast, lighting, sometimes the color, they looked washed out, blah blah blah, and more blah.

Whoopsie! Could you FRAPS a screenie of the
Map for Fett?:p

So screen shots are easy, but
how do you take a T2 screen shot of a map? I know, it's easier to just get the .pcx from the intrface folder, BUT what if you want the 'finished' map with all the rooms filled in, rather than only the bare outline from the original .pcx? Alt+F10 doesn't work, nor does Printscreen.

Probobably. :p
