I've got every every everything but I miss one stone key. And I don't remember which ones I've got, so please someone tell me that where are the locations of the three stone keys?

Also, I recall reading a diary about a girl being kidnapped. When investigating her room, I heard eerie giggling when I touched the girl's dolls. Is there any way to rescue her? I can't recall whether this was in Night 1 or 2.
Night 1. There's nothing you can do for her in Nights 1 and 2, no.

Another WOW for this one Lady R! 'Cept I'm stuck: I can't find Basso. I know he's supposed to be at the West gate, but darned if I can find it. :o Every time I head west I end up at the pub by the clocktower; there is a gate there, but no Basso. What am I missing please?
Nevermind!!! Just re-read this entire thread: I'd read that Basso was someplace near the Greedy Burrick with a purple sky and that one would need a rope arrow to reach him. This was not the case (on Hard). As I headed back towards the Greedy Burrick I saw a man standing down at the end of the left-hand ramp (of the two ramps leading down at the wharf area). It was our dear friend Basso and he gave me the key to sewer #3. (Night 2 mission completed!)
Honestly, Lady Rowena; I feel like a kid on Christmas morning! I think we'll all be talking about the Seven Sisters for some time to come. You've just raised the bar for FMs!

perhaps you should check your map.....:cheeky:
that gate isn't the west gate.
the west gate is near the butcher and lady dowson (pinky)
and ofcourse you should have your objectives completed before you meet basso,...

Have almost finished Night 2 of this incredible mission & can't figure out how to
get into Argan's in the Clocktower Walk. (looks like the guys in the Fine Wines shop figured it out!)
Also :
have cured 7 with 5 holy waters (yea, should've rounded them up more) &, with 2 more infected hanging around the Cathedral, I just need 1 more vial. The ones I found were:-
- room near Burke & Hare poem,
- attic, Dancing Burrick,
- boarded-up room in Clocktower Walk, &
- cellar, small backyard in Manor Street.
Can't remember the other one.
Basso's waiting, but I'd just like to round these 2 things off.
Thanx.

Sticky Fingers: Try poking around more closely around the butcher's.
I seem to recall their being a holy water flask in a hard-to-reach upper window near Sir Gilles'.

Yes, it's very possible to
land on the lamp as Lady Rowena suggested. It is quite possible to complete all missions without losing a single rope arrow. (I managed it :))
That is correct. But, if you have a long vertical surface, such as the house in question, there is another way to climb and retrieve up-high rope arrows that you all may be interested in.
Going up (if it is too high for one rope to reach the ground):
Shoot rope arrows directly over one another to make one vertical chain. Climb the lower one and jump to transfer to the higher one. Leave lower rope in place for going down.
Going down from above configuration:
Get on and release the higher rope. You will drop and land on the lower rope.
Retrieving from the ground. First shoot a second rope directly below the rope that is too high. Then there are two ways.
1) get on the higher rope, release it, and drop to the lower rope.
2) get on the lower rope, look to the higher rope and release it.
Either way, the you are now on the lower rope, which may be safe to release.
Repeat if necessary.

I use the multi rope technique all the time, as does BA. In her passage to Dr. Knox's she made a unique use of that trick.
I tried her method at first, but did not pick up on the "slope" of the wall until I had gone a different route.
By the way: If you stand on the porch opposite the front gate, you can put both the torches in the guard towers on the police station OUT.
It takes a steady hand, good aim and the right angle, but if you put them out from ground level before you climb up, there are lots of shadows in which to hide and the guard is easily bypassed.

Hi just a few questions about Night 2. I have yet to play night 3, so if by any chance they are answered in that mission, please just let me know instead of answering.
Can anything be done with the flaming door marked by an X near Basso's place?

What triggers the Dominatrix to leave the room in the Brothel? The first time Garret visits, he says something along the lines of "I better come back here later". When I did return the door was opened, but I couldn't find anything of value in the room? Is there anything more to this?

What is the meaning of the crumpled note that I think I found in the musical instrument. It reads "You swept my heart away, but you also stole my jewels. I will never forget you.

If you don't rob the fruit/vegetable vendor in the market in night 1. Does he still leave the note to you in night 2?

Is there any hidden meaning to the message written on the wall of the tunnel linking the Doctor's house and the Magician?
