Just completed the mission, 4 hours 15 minutes not counting the days lol, but it sure was worth it, great mission can't wait to play the third night :thumb::D

1. A goblet in an upstairs bedroom in the Deville House
or
2. A goblet on a table in the brothel bar.

In all cases, you need to
Destroy the heart in order to "neutralize" the sisters.
