Ironically, you're, in a way, pointing to the answer in that screenshot. Do you see where the - portion of the arrow begins? That's actually a ledge you can just barely jump onto. You have to rope arrow up, using the building on the far left of the screenshot, then jump onto the ledge. Garrett can just barely squeeze onto it and creep over to the window.

Don't feel bad; I was a beta tester and I still needed help with it. :o

In all cases, you need to
Destroy the heart in order to "neutralize" the sisters.
Ahh, silly me. Thanks :)

Nope, neither. I just double checked both places. And a goblet isn't exactly something I'd miss the first time around either. I'm thinking maybe 3 5-value coins or something?
It's got to be a purple goblet or a statue. There are only 2 objects worth 5 and none worth 10.
How about the goblet on the centre rug in the big room where you enter the Mayor's house?

^ Woohoo! That was it. Can't believe I missed that as I revisited the Mayor's house a few times. Thanks a ton!

This is embarrassing since it appears everyone else has figured out a way to do it:
How in the world do you get into the brothel?
The front door is boarded up. I see no way to reach the balconies. I did go around
to the back door, used my lockpicks, and entered a hallway. But the minute I enter the gambling room and bar at the end of the hall I alert everybody. I've made mad dashes, I've crawled, I've tried to draw their attention away with an arrow. There has got to be a way in besides this, right?
I did Night One with no help needed. And in Night Two I've been almost everywhere else from Giles Mansion
even found the cross
to the Thieves Den. I got into the Mayor's house without a problem . . . but trying to enter the brothel is driving me nuts.

glwhalen what difficulty are you playing on?
In the gambling room, if you time it right, you can peak around the corner to your right, there is a switch to turn off the lights. Or. Before you entered the gambling room, in that passage way there outside, the generator right there to your left. To the left of it, is an opening you can get around it. Go around it and crouch down, there is a passage in there. On normal, you can get in, on hard, you can't
