Need a clue: :confused:
I'm past the room with the six colored keys, surrounded by gates, none of which are frobbable. There's a square patch on one wall that might be for anoyher key, but I used them all to get through the portal. The only thing frobbable is a gargoyle which takes me back to the will-o-the-wisp area. I can't get back over the wall to the pond where I entered or to any other area. What do I do here? I konked all the ai's in the other areas (except that darned deadly wisp) so I could take time to look in all the nooks and crannies. Did I miss something important before I got here?

Push the button!
The statue with transport you but once you do, if you enter another such, you will just go around in circles. If you past the Aoli and ended in a cage, you need to PUSH THE BUTTON. That will open a door. Then you need to find a route from that area to continue your journey. PUSH THE BUTTON. Get really close. Already snuffed all the smokies -- they were easy pickins. What gave me a hard time were the water sirens! Never managed to knock them all out. I just finished watching a great battle -- had the best seat in the house! Can't say any more, 'cause I don't want to give anything away, but I do hope I did the right thing there ... reckon I'll find out pretty soon now. Thank goodness for hard saves.
