Carefully read the book by the Keeper corpse in the cave overlooking the entrance hall slightly farther into the fire area.

More explicit: It mentions a companion who was right behind the author, then vanished. Maybe you should try to find him?

I have retrieved Serafina's heart, but cannot find the other one - however I do have both stone keys. Help please?

I have NOT found another sister. I think I have missed an area (underwater?) - can someone give me specific instructions where she is? I've been as thorough as I can be.
