Would I miss out on anything if I did the Shadows of Doubt Campaign of Fool difficulty because the other two kind of force ghosting by taking away the blackjack which is a play-style I don't enjoy and I don't wanna pass this over since it looks really good.

I don't think so, i recently replayed the whole series on 'tyro' and to my knowledge you are not excluded from any areas on lower difficulty settings in any of the 5 missions.... i do remember however on the 2nd mission 'Tears of Blood' / Escape from Guilesatpeak there is no blackjack in 'master' or 'Tyro' but there is in 'fool'.....but don't think this blackjack issue occurs in any of the other 4 parts of the mission.....take your pick and enjoy....:D
