Shadows of Doubt Series Question?

Continuing in my attempt to play most if not all Thief Fan missions I am currently up to Tuttacombs Tomb but I just downloaded the Journey Mission Pack since it contains its prequel Escape from Guilesatpeak.But I just found out that its all packed into the Shadows of Doubt campaign.So my question is should pass up the Dark Project version of these missions and just do Shadows of Doubt when I start doing the Thief Gold FM's.Thus I would be moving on to the next FM in my list which would Hush Hush Sweet Harlot since I already did Guardhouse 2.
So what are your thought skip and do Thief Gold Version of the campaign or due both.
The only missions I have skipped and decided not to vist after resuming my attempt are:

Down we go (Dromed Only)
Guardhouse 1 (Dromed Only)
Koobze
Bloodflowers
Wanted Dead or Alive
The Living City
Saving Private Rye Anne
Oblivion
The Trickster's Return
The Gem
Unforgiven:Mission One
Fall of a Chook
Stowaway-Didn't really care for Ramirez's revenge and didn't wanna do it again to reacquaint myself with the story so I skipped these two
Hunt for Montrose
Dark Lord (Dromed Only)

That's it Every other mission up till Tuttacombs Tomb I've done on my first attempt before I took a break or a did again when I picked it up again.So Thoughts?

You should go ahead and play Shadow of Doubt. It's an amazing mission pack and it has altered versions of both Guilesatpeak and Tuttocomb's Tomb if I'm not mistaken (about the altered part). That and it has the scariest FM ever made.

So that's what I will do,I will skip the Dark Project Versions of the missions and will instead play them via Shadows of Doubt when I get up Thief Gold FM's after finishing all the Dark Project FM's.

In Shadow of Doubt campaign, it´s the second mission (Tears of Blood) that is an altered version of Escape from Guilesatpeak. IIRC, none of the other four missions resemble Tuttocomb's Tomb so it may still be an idea to play that one.
