I would like one of these devices to play classic PC games whose source code has been released over the years. I'm interested in playing Doom 1/2, Duke3d, Shadow Warrior, Wolf3d, and possibly quake 1/2. Anybody got any experience with one of these? There is also a "Dingoo A320, which is $50 cheaper, but it uses mini-sd cards, rather than sd cards. That means I'll have to buy something else. I've already got a 16 gig sd card.

I am not sure if the Wiz is powerful enough to support all these (last time I checked it choked on Quake 1 - the 3d in that device seems not to be powerful enough) - and there also is a problem with the lack of analogs and button count too. Maybe (
http://www.open-pandora.org/) OpenPandora would interest you? They are actually shipping the first batch now - and it seems there will be a second batch too. I know it is more expensive, but it comes with two analogs which makes it much more usable for the games you mention.
