This is going to sound pretty lame, but:
I've gotten out of the property by jumping back out the second-story window and mantling back up onto the parapet I came in on. Got back to the start, and the mission won't end. Can't seem to find any other way out.
Help?
you should have gotten a key that let's you out the gate near the vines
Well, it can be ghosted... but I ended up missing one secret and 270 loot. I don't know if the secret contains all, some, or none of the missing loot, of course. Somebody noted that the loot visible for a few seconds after drinking the wine might count, even though it's inaccessible. (At least is was for me; when I went there, my feet were nailed to the ground until I returned. Is that what the rest of you experienced?)
I re-e-e-ealy want that last secret...!

Maybe another secret:
I opened the mission in dromed and found some loot under the hay-stack in the barn. But i found no way, to "open" it.You have to
listen to a conversation between the male servant and the cook, then follow the servant outside to the haystack, and it is now frobbable
Dafydd on 26/12/2004 at 05:50
You're kidding me... you mean you can only get the last secret (or that loot) if you think to follow the servant the one time he walks out to the haystack?
Yeesh. This is ridiculous.
He doesn't ever go back there later in the game? Just the one time?
Edit: Yep, that was it: the third secret. You follow him as he exits the house, walks to the barn, looks around a bit (waiting until the guy who lurks about there isn't nearby), then crouches over the haystack. When he leaves, you can go back and the haystack becomes frobbable by pieces. When you remove the last one, you get the secret notification, and there is 250 loot... all but 20 of the loot I was missing.
And it seems you only get one chance at this. Double yeesh.

That's a pretty sneaky secret! I missed that one :-)
What a fun mission, thank you Telliamed! I really liked the music, it adds a lot to the atmosphere and enjoyability, and i've been humming it all day.
I'm still wondering why
you get a bottle of slow fall potion when you drink the funny wine?
I couldn't find a place to use it.

Hi jaceka,
Thank you for the tip. I edited the ini, but DL changes it back to 2 whenever I click on the DL "play" button. So I did a uninstall of DL, Dromed and T2. Reinstalled T2, DL4.1, and(against my better judgement) installed dromed delux. Well, I still have the same problem with Simple Enough, but now because I'd installed d-dlux, my frames are down in the dumps, all orig t2 or other T2 fan missions have been affected with frame rate loss. So, am going to go back to regular dromed, I'll at least be able to play T2 and Fan missions again. I suppose my ole trusty v5 just can't handle the nice d-dlux files.
Thank you very much and happy holidays to all,
JimB

Hi juvat, it can also be the matter of Thief version you've got, have you patched it into 1.33 (
http://thief-thecircle.com/download.asp?fid=265 ) with this, have all the (
www.geocities.com/gaylesaver/scr_index.html ) scripts? And get rid of DromEd for a while, it sometimes causes problems.
As for the piano puzzle, it wasn't me who figured it out, I got the answer from our Polish forum but still don't know why the sequence is like this. I'll ask.
Some hard loot:
coins in the washroom, next to the libray
somebody was missing 15 or 25...
Edit: piano puzzle was figured out with Dromed, maybe it was supposed to be played at random?
DK-abyss on 26/12/2004 at 12:36
The piano was probably meant to be played at random, just frob the keys and
all of a sudden you'll hear the door opening downstairs.
