Try breaking into Glarthir's house, going to the basement and reading the notes.
How the F*CK does he know about the mythic dawn? and how does he know that they are the most dangerous faction in the game-world?
His paranoia doesn't disqualify him from making some correct observations. He'll just have a much harder time of convincing anyone else.

I've been waiting for a good way to finish that quest, but it's starting to look doubtful.
Maybe I'll place him in an asylum in the editor. That'll make me happy. :cheeky:

its not the observation thats interesting.
its that he somehow learned about the dawn.

There are a couple of MD members in Skingrad.
Glathir would most definately investigate (as much as he thinks possible at least) anyone he got within a 100 yard radius of.
Him overhearing two members talking wouldn't be out of the question.
Or hearing about the commentaries.

I liked that quest for making me follow people around and see how they have this "normal person day" cycle of leaving the house, going to work, having a lunch break...

Hint: You didn't actually have to follow anyone for Glarthir. If you just waited 24 hours from the time he gave you the quest, you can report to him and tell you whatever you feel like telling him.

But I wanted to see if one of them wasn't actually spying on him or doing something in that direction. It was quite thrilling when one of the observees stopped to talk to another person (here I held my breath if he was to exchange some information or other), and was a bit surprised when their conversation went like, "Glarthir is acting even more strangely these days." "Yes, I feel like he's watching me and always writing something in the notebook of his."
