Of course then there was the manufactured "drama" involving his "ex-girlfriend" Shiloh. Blah blah blah. He was exploited his stupidity of viewership who thought it was all real for more Youtube Partner money.
Another guy is Craftnation, who exploits tragedies in current events to make YT Partner money.

Most of PewdewPie's stuff is just boring (as in, not funny), but I did almost die laughing, when I saw him playing Happy Wheels. Then again, I was highly intoxicated. I actually watched some 30min talk he gave in some shitty conference about Youtube. He seemed just like a normal kid who just accidentally found a niche that he can exploit for a full time job.
I'd hate this subscribers ("bros" they're called) more than he himself. They're actually paying the guy for something that is South Park humour without the wit.

Only Pewdiepie video I've seen is the one where he played the original Slenderman game. I lol'd. Too late do I realize I've commited some sort of TTLG faux pas in doing so. :(
