Hi! I'm new here--I decided to join to see if I could get this problem fixed.
I'm fairly good at finding help online for fixing various issues with games, but I haven't been able to find anything (yet) to help me with this.
I'm running Thief: DS on a laptop:
P4 2 Ghz, 1 Gig RAM, ATI X1300 video card w/ 512 MB RAM.
I was having trouble with a looping intro movie until I followed Salvage's walkthrough for resolving the problem with dual-core processors.
The game works, and works smoothly, even on medium-high settings.
My problem is this: Garrett and AI characters move slowly. Framerates are good, it's just that they move in semi-slow-motion. Everything else is fine--conversations, fire animation (from torches, etc), it's just that everyone seems really lazy when they walk around.
Suggestions?
