It may not be the first 3D Snake, but it seems like a decidedly fine addition to the ranks, and is rather slickly put together.

$3 (or $5 for a bundle with the developer's procedural shooter "Leaving Home", and bullet hell shmup "Fren-ze"; see the home page for that).

Well, of course I read this and thought it was an MGS:Ground Zeroes thread. I shoulda known it wasn't when there wasn't a single pun in the title at all. :(

Me too. When I saw the thread title I was like "Snake?", then when I saw what it was about I was like "SNAAAAAAAKE!"

It's even worse for me, since I've just been playing MGS 1-3. Every time I see the thread title I hear the alert sound you get when a guard spots you.

An intense hunger for little cubes and blue sparkly things, fear of bigger cubes and that's-not-a-health-bonus, and a primal urge to grow longer whilst tripping out on inter-dimensional gameplay transitions and funky visuals.

It's my go-to quick game at the moment.

p.s. "SNAAAAAAAKE!" would have been a better name for the game :)

(Actually, almost anything would have been a better name for the game...)
