From everything I've read and seen, it just looks like such a frat boy kinda game. Does shooting Nazis in the balls ever get old? Hell yeah!
For all I know the game offers much more than this, but 98.5% of every review, preview and especially discussion thread about the game seems to boil down to Nazi ball shooting.

That reminds me, I really have to reinstall this. I got through a few missions and was really enjoying it until I reformatted my computer some time ago. For some reason I never got around to reinstalling it.
I too was somewhat mystified at the mediocre ratings that it received based on what I have played of it so far.
