It's been out for some time now, but I haven't got it since I wasn't that interested in it. I checked some reviews and scores are all over the place. It seems to oscillate between "awesome" and "not that great", but I was wondering if anyone around here has got the chance to play it. If so, what are your thoughts on it? How does it fair in the price/fun balance?

Not yet, but I look forward to the day I can. I love Pandemic and this looks like a good Swan Song for them.

I saw the E3 stuff. If you paid attention, the level they ran during e3 was horrible, just awful. But e3 is all about the gloat so I didn't hear a peep about it
I'd imagine it to be somewhat like redfactions guerilla. If anyone's played I'd like to hear about it.

It's awesome.
Buggy and a bit annoying sometimes, but also very stylish and I dare say charming, in a way. Most of the gameplay elements were stolen from other (successful) games and seem to work well. The playable area is huge and you can go anywhere - I climbed the Eiffel tower to the very top the other day, quite a view. It's really fun to play, I always had (and have) a hard time leaving the game, wanting to do one more mission.

Feels a bit like Mafia stuffed into Mercs 2 with some Assassin's Creed climbing/stealthing, in a WWII setting. Still doing the linear beginning parts, but I like it so far. Performance is great during missions, although I get some stuttering in cutscenes (presumably due to stuff being loaded).
Also, nazis + tits + pre-war racing = win.
