I've spent 12 hours in the Detroit hub without completing either primary objective. This game is pretty clearly designed for people who like to explore. Aside from the bit between the prologue and the first mission. I had to start a new game after realizing I put one of the objectives into a fail state by fucking around there...whoops, wasn't expecting that in a game.
(I also haven't even been to the LIMB clinic yet, jesus).
