Except I agree with 420 this time. All except the control part. He just felt it and made you feel it. Control or any artifice of voice couldn't explain soul and he had it plenty. You can't bottle it or pin it down or practice till you get it right. It just came right out of him a natural thing. He will always be a part of my music collection and deep down a part of me.

I was fucking around on the piano recently and suddenly Hit the Road Jack starts coming out and I didn't even try to stop it. I had a Ray Charles moment. Felt good man.
