So,... what's the situation on the Dark engine source code? - by Cliftor

I've signed a couple of petitions to get the source code released. None have seen any results. I have given up on ever seeing the source code released. They don't care folks...that's the fact of the matter. Not signing anymore.

The problem is that it's an internet petition.... if it was a piece of paper sent to Wada himself (and/or Eidos CEO) then maybe it'd have a response: I too have doubts about it, and I don't even know if Wada would find this petition and read it. Does he go around the internet reading petitions? I doubt it. Despite my doubts, it's a great effort, just have to find a way to actually get the party in question to read said petition(s).

Well a letter or email can easily link to the petition. I don't know how often these things end up being effective, but it's always worth a shot isn't it.

True, that's a possibility. Email the CEO of Eidos, and the CEO of Square Enix. Though do we know their email addresses?

You're probably right, but I signed it anyway. It most likely took me less time than it took you writing your post :p
Do you think that there is anything that
could be effective?
