Let me cut to the chase :
Is Artemus ever mentioned by name in TDP or TMA ?
Because I really can't remember anyone calling him by name (or mentioning him in written texts). Was his name first introduced only in TDS ?
I understand, that there is some confusion about whether Artemus appears in any other cutscenes of TDP and TMA except the first one (Garrett's childhood "memoirs"), or if those are just some other, random, unnamed Keepers...
Furthermore... Is Caduca's name ever brought up in TMA (since she has a
short cameo role there along with Gammall) ?

Artemus, Caduca, and Gamall are only ever named in TDS only.
The name given to the Keeper who hounds Garrett in TMA is named Keeper Nate in the credits only. The others are named Keeper "X" (credits) and Orland (in-game and credits).
The Keepers in TDP/Gold are not named.

Maybe the confusion is who is doing the voice acting. Is the person who voiced Artemus the same as the one from the "A Keeper's training", and are the voices acted in the same manner?

One of the trainers is Nate Wells. According to the schemas he's the main instructor. Josh Randall does the Keeper(s) listening and watching for Garrett in the Hearing room and Sight room.
Nate Wells does at least one Keeper voice per game, including Artemus. In TDP/Gold, it sounds like Dan Thron does most of the talking after Training, though.

Definitely not Thron, and it matches the instructor, so I will claim that it is very likely Nate Wells.

I think I remember a certain Keeper named Isolde or Isolda, but I am not sure...

Isolde, Gamall (that was her name hundreds of years ago, too), Shanti (Lost City expedition, removed in Thief Gold), Keepers Soledad, Talia, Kasadra.
I'd have to listen to the sound files to determine some of them by voice. For instance, Elder Blake is female, and she speaks with Keeper Logan, male.
