I'm shamelessly hijacking this thread to ask a similar question.
I have the following picture (file date August 2009) and no clue, from which mission it is. I went through the whole "FM review and discussion megathread" and the "Name that FM game" :erm:
I thought I originally got the screenshot from there but maybe it is one of the missing pictures of these threads.
Anyway, here it is:

Ugh, I feel like I was in that room a month ago. I can't recall the name of the FM either, but there's a makeshift church area within the mansion right? Maybe that will help jog someone's memory.

I played the Island of Iron PT. 1 made by John D. and in the readme file it says that Garrett has previous visited the island to retrieve the Iron Hammer for William of Blackbrook. Does such a mission exist somewhere?
