Just played this, and for being short, I found it very good :)
I liked the atmosphere around the taaaaaaaaall tower.
But when climbing those beams and starring down, I felt butterflies in my stomach, lol.
Just like being in a rollercoaster, hehe..
Nice mission ewillems! :thumb:

I gather that the mission ends on top of the tower. Is that right? I've completed "Get your sword back" and "Get 2000 loot" but the objective for "Find out what's going on in Utrecht" doesn't check off.
. I found a dead priest and read his note, I pickpocketed the golden skull from the haunt/thief, and then killed him. What's left?
Brian_R170,
Did you read the book in the church at the front entrance on the table? There was also a scroll in the library at the very back, on the last row.
ewillems on 29/9/2002 at 09:21
Yes, Shadow Creepr is right, the Book in the Church gives a hint that the Tower Meister is investigating the scriptures: in his library there is a scroll in the back, if you take that: you will have a new objective. A bug: don't have all loot though, or your mission will end.... I made a mistake that people can take loot without opening the safe.... :( Will have to fix that.
Guard tossing? Oh yeah, I'm there! I have gotten a kick out of Blackjacking the guards on the tower and catapulting them over the edge! I had one scream when they hit the roof though (oops, guess they weren't dead yet).
Even Garrett had to do a little swan dive, just for kicks. He walked off one time, then he backed off another time and bye bye Garrett!:ebil:
What? Why are all of you staring at me? Diana50322 did it too........................ ;)

Geez, I feel like such an amateur tonight. Just started this fan mission and I can't seem to get anywhere. Been to Eriks, knocked out all the guards. Looking for key to house and gate and safe in statue. No luck. Tried stacking boxes to jump over the gate, but no luck there either.
Can anyone offer some help. The solution is probably right under my nose...but for the life of me, I can't find it tonight.

Hoi Erik,
Ik heb zelf 9 jaar in Culemborg gewoond, dus Utrecht is "my town" allright.
and for all ye taffers: this is the translation:
Hi Erik,
I've played your mission some time ago now.
It's nice reading all of these comments.
As a Dutch (down .... in the south) citizen I also want to compliment you on this game (should I've done this not earlier in another message).
Nice, the Dom of Utrecht and the surroundings in Utrecht city...
I lived for 9 years in Culemborg (which lies 22 km. beneath Utrecht), so Utrecht is my town allright.

If you leave the apartment, go down to the corner and turn left, you'll come to a gate on the left. Look for
a key lying on the ground beside a note, just by the gate.
That should get you going again. :)

Hoi Gloria Creep!
Translation (or, what it basically comes down to:)
Nice to hear from somebody who actually knows the Dome Square. And: although I live in Utrecht, I am origianlly from the south as well: I am a Limburgian... (hmm, sounds like a Hammerite faction...)
:eww:  :joke:
Groetjes/Regards,
Erik

Hi Limburgian .........
Klinkt inderdaad als een Hammerite-iets.
Ik heb er wel om gelachen.
Waar kom je oorspronkelijk vandaan?
Ik uit Maastricht. Mestreech dus.
Misschien familie ........... allebei Willems(en)?
Al was mijn vader wel van belgische oorsprong.
Really sounds like a Hammerite-thing ....
I did laugh about it.
Where do you originally come from?
I'm from Maastricht.
Perhaps we are related ......... since we're both called Willems?
Although my father was from belgian offspring.
De compleminte vaan Gloria Creep.
(you taffers figure this one out yourself ........):p
:cheeky: :joke: :laff:
