Sorry for taking the Deus Ex approach first here, but it's a bit odd that they would wait for BioShock feedback, if they paid attention they would know that the mere concept of DX3 being developped fired up lots of buzz on its own...
To remain on topic, I'm not sure I'd really like a Thief 4, the story is finished as far as I remember. And TDS while good wasn't stellar (Cradle excepted). I'm all for similar games, but the Garrett story, just... no.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding Mr. Billy Wang, GN Senior Writer, but...

:tsktsk:
Another guy confusing a thief with an assassin? I haven't played Oblivion, so I don't know for sure what "killings" he's talking about.
Otherwise, no comment.:cheeky:

I don't know about you guys and girls, but I actually DO trust Beth to get this right. As they say, once you hit bottom (DS) the only way to go is up.

If it's on the internet, it must be true!
I believe there may be another Deus Ex on the way, but I highly doubt any company would pick up the Thief franchise after a second unsuccessful commercial game. Who knows though, they certainly have continued making terrible games for dead franchises in other cases.

I'm skeptical too, but you just KNOW I had to share it here. ;)

Well, it WAS written by the senior writer, and he IS right about DX3, so if Thief is mentioned in that same post....
DX3 is currently being seriously considered for pre-production and rights acquiring by UBISOFT in Montreal.
