The Maw of Chaos. It's a conclusion to a great story, and there's somethign else about it that I really like.. I can't quite articulate it though. In contrast I found soulforge quite bland, way too big and slgihtly confusing.

Soulforge is my least-favourite Thief mission ever. Who thought up the Turret Room? Who? WHO!?
The Maw, while linear, was a great conclusion. Except when Constantine 'dies'. I felt that was kind of weak. The fake Eye lets off some explosive effects, and he simply falls to the ground saying "It betrays me!". I kind of felt that bit was a let-down.

I prefer Soulforge myself. The Maw is my least favorite mission ever. Just too linear and short and easy. The only complaint I have about Soulforge is that I had to constantly hear Evil Droopy taunting me over the loudspeakers. "Gawett, thou art a cwever thief, but The Buildew will fix youw wittle wed wagon!"

I love Karras's voice, it's so funny. It's like if Elmer Fudd inhaled helium and developed an old english accent.

"Build thyself a good house. It will please Him much!" or something...
The Soulforge's Turret Room was bad, but with enough save-loads it can be done (can't remember if I had an invisibility potion). Those freaking spiders were the most annoying part. Other hard part was the "demolition derby crashing room". Tried to lure bots beneath crushers but ended up flat Garrett. Finally passed via some small window and using vine arrows to go over some pool of molten iron. Can't remember how I got back from there.

His voice had me imagining a short, pudgy, comic-reading nerd who was striking back crazy at the world that misunderstood and bullyied him. I was disappointed when I finally met him that he wasn't.
