Get it on Steam or if you're not in the US on Steam through the link art RPS.
Really long load times but the chain sword and bolt pistol combo in melee combat is pretty interesting.
I haven't finished the demo but it's fun so far.

Long load times? It loads in five seconds flat.
It's pretty awesome, but there's no tutorial whatsoever. Also you can't access the control list in the options when you've started a level, so: when you get grenades, Q is the key to lob them.

Also: Vengeance Launcher rounds can be manually detonated by hitting reload (R by default). You can have up to 5 rounds live at once, if you place a 6th the first one you placed will detonate.
Mash Mouse 1 when you go to execute a Nob. Any boyz that might be around when you finish executing a Nob will be stunned.
There's a Power Axe next to the elevator shaft at the end of the first demo level.
Mouse 3 toggles zoom/fine aim, L-CTRL is press and hold for it. Activating zoom while in Fury mode slows time.

it was pretty nice, I love the jetpack-stomp action. could be cool when the prize drops.

End of the first level was very hard (or was for me anyway). Took me a good hour to beat it due to the massive orcs taking me out easily. But I eventually made it through.
Game could use more of the rpg element stuff from Dawn of War. Other than that, was heaps of fun. Jet pack level was piss weak easy but very fun.

Yeah, the Nobs are definitely the biggest threat. I found that they dropped pretty quickly when sprayed with bolter fire, then slash-slash-slash-stun to stun them for a few seconds, then just go nuts with the chainsword until they drop dead.
Interesting game, not sure if it's worth full price but it'll probably be on sale by Christmas.

Waiting for a price drop is the sign of a spirit that is weak in its faith in the Emperor. This is out on my birthday so I practically have to buy it! :D

I just hope it's better than Firewarrior. Dawn of war was a pretty damn good nod to the 40K universe. But firewarrior could've been so much better.

Better than Fire Warrior by a long shot. That game could have been so much more.

Yeah, same here. Time for a new HDD, SE?
Had a blast with it. Melee is so damn satisfying, especially once you get hold of the Power Axe. Did wonder about how I managed not to die once then realised I was playing on Easy. Although I did have a few close shaves.
Missed the Fury-slowdown key, (although did work out zoom when in non-Fury). Going to have another go, methinks.
Fun. Would date again.
