Do you mean switching outputs / inputs by right clicking on the symbols so the red layer can cause an output on the lower area (and vice versa for the blue layer)? If so, I'm impressed you managed to get to world 4 without having to do that. If you mean the physical output location can be changed then I'm missing a trick.

Very nice! Ultimately there can't be a solution with less than 20 cycles since you need to output 20 atoms and as there has to be some overhead it's hard to see how it can be much less than 27, if at all possible.
