The suit claims that EA intentionally didn't disclose that SecuROM was included in the game, which is verifiably false, and also says that SecuROM is a rootkit, which is also untrue. It's going to get tossed out.

Agreed. I enjoyed the Cell and Tribal stages but got seriously bored during the Civilisation part. This is probably a result of having played a fair bit of Civ IV beforehand though.

I thought the cell stage was really fun and that's it, i couldn't bring myself to get past the creature stage.
