I did a search and didn't find much. I've seen a couple vids here and there pop up on the forum but nowhere centralized.
Do you play sports with one of those extreme sports cams like a GoPro, Contour or Tachyon?
I'm not as sporty these days as I have been in the past. But I play paintball as often as I can and that's my main use for the camera. The thing is great though and can be used for all sorts of things. High Definition and durable etc etc. has anybody here made some skateboarding vids? Maybe some freerunning or even football or something? If you have post it up, tell us about your camera and a little about your video.
Do you like raw footage or do you like editing it into something more entertaining? Personally I enjoy making interesting videos and dont' often really watch raw footage because it can be very long winded and boring. But for some people it may not, and in some cases it might actually be quite interesting.
Here's my induction into the thread to get things started.
The first video I spliced together for a BBQ the local group put on. The secodn video is about 4 minutes of raw footage from the tail end of the longer one, in case anybody is interested in how it played out.
