Go to the room with the candles. You have to put out each of the candles in order from shortest to tallest, then relight them in the same order. The dagger will be revealed to you.

If you have the mask, after you place it on the statue (near the glowing sun), a door will open on the ground. Inside a haunt is moseying about holding the mirror. Sneak up and take it. As for myself, I wasn't quiet enough so I took his ass out with some holy water arrows.:cheeky:
