Actually, I just tested it and it works fine.

Sorry I was thinking of the spiral stair tool. The stair tool works, but is not very useful, IMHO. You need to preselect a cube airbrush and it will fill the brush with steps per the menu.

I'm not sure about the second two, but the first one is made by Macbeth if it is the same file as the one I have on my hard drive. Here is the text from the readme file:
Spiral1 by Macbeth
This is my first spiral staircase multibrush.
This staircase is 24 "feet" high at 360 degrees
of rotation. I built it with the family texture
CORE so if you have a different family loaded in
dromed when you load this multibrush it might
look odd. All of the brush surfaces are the same
texture, except for the tops of the stairs. These
are a different texture so that you can see them
easily. You can adjust the width of the staircase
by adjusting the size of the solid cylinder and
the air cylinder. Be looking soon for more of my
spiral staircases. I am going to standardize and
send out lots of them.

Hey Thanks for the tip but i found a better way. Ive discovered, ok you probabally know this and just forgot because its so simple, anyway ive discovered that a selected brush can be moved in the X Y or Z direction by simply clicking and holding the X Y or Z button on the DromEd Corridinate Display thingy ma jig in the bottom left corner of the screen and then simply move the mouse for rapid brush movement. Final alighnment then can be done with Shift and drag to get it to snap to the correct grid line. Like everything guys its easy when you know how :/
