The proper way of doing this would be to make Battle.net 2.0 so great that people willingly buy the game in order to play on it, not this same old "hurt the buyer but not the pirates" rubbish we get in most new games these days. I'd bet that it'll be under a month before there are working pirate servers for playing SC2 online without BNet, anyway.
I had hoped that Blizzard would be more in-tune with gamers than this...
