Hey guys, Small isue with my starting point. I start or appear in my level wherever my camera is placed and not where the starting point is located. I have health and inventory and sound. Everything ive done so far seems to work its just that I start in the wrong place ! Any ideas ?

Turn persistant_player_pos back off.
Is that simply a command for the CLI or in a cfg file ? Also dos it require 0 / 1 to toggle ?
Ahh NVM i found the option in the Menu>Game>Peristant Player Position. Simply cicking it turned it back on.

Or you can type persistant_player_pos into the console. It toggles between loading in at the StartingPoint (or 0,0,0 if there is none) and the current camera position.

I blame NamelessVoice for my typo. :cheeky:

Speaking of which (meaning the command, not the typo :p), with the old Dromed, I'd enter Edit mode with the camera at the position it had in Game mode, but since NewDark (I suppose), the camera returns to where I "left" Edit mode to go into Game mode. I always found it useful to be able to switch between the modes and always have the camera in the same position. Is there a way to make this happen in new Dromed?

It's a command that should be in your startup file, or used to be and isn't now. I don't know it off hand, but someone will, or do a search and see if you can find it.
