Which way of playing did you find was more fun?
I started off playing as a stealthy character [baton (+ nano-sword if needed) + tranq darts + Stealth pistol from mid-point of game] , though by the end of the game this way of play had become slightly dull.
The second time that I played it, I played it getting up to Master in Rifles [using Assault shotgun and Rifles] + advanced pistol [pistol / stealth pistol]. This was a much more *fun* way of playing (to me), and levels which had been more boring, became fun fire fights (Naval Dockyard).
What was your preference?

A mix of both, really. Stealthy action. ;) Whichever was more fun depended on the situation.
<small>I don't see why this couldn't go in DX Gen Discussion.

I push the stealth until inevitably all hell breaks loose when I make a mistake; until then setting LAM and gas traps is fun.

I love stealth and booby traps. I usually take my time and don't even get noticed or shot at until my dart or bullet is already in their bodies. For darts, I find the best and quickest knock outs are accomplished by pre setting a gas grenade on a nearby wall, firing the dart into the guards, then allowing the gas grenade to do its trick. They usually go down in about two seconds - even at untrained levels.
I also love setting up elaborate booby traps - where at times (even in the NSF generator EMP field level) I don't even need to fire one shot because I pre rigged the place with lams and exploding barrels, TNT crates, and poison barrels. One time it took me almost two hours to set up one trap, and when it went off (once I sent Paul's distress signal), I just crawled downstairs, shot one guy with a tranq dart, and watched the ensuing show. Hilarious.

For me, I could never see how someone could survive Realistic with an Action JC. A shot with a Pistol or a Sniper Rifle from a simple NSF Terrorist would put you down for good. Maybe I just don't have the right stuff for action and I'm moaning because I suck at gunfights but definiately stealth is the way to go. Run up behind them with your Run Silent, Invisibility, and Combat Strength on and your Dragon at the ready...
