Hey, c'mon it's all about collecting, not actually playing.

I found that it's best to not look outside your wishlist and to buy one at a time and to play the purchase. It's hard to do with such a short period, but it helps with preventing a backlog.

If the majority of people here are anything like me then they already have a backlog of games so long that they'll be quite a bit older by the time they get through the backlog even just to what it is by this point.
In my book adding a few more into the pile doesn't bother me. Gives me more to choose from when I feel like a specific type of game to play.
Steam games alone I did a quick count of the games on that that I've yet to either play or finish off and its at 23 games.

Henke... Dead island is ace. I'm replaying it right now. Despite all the crap that messed up its release. It's a solid game, one that according to steam I've played for 70 hours... and thats without any multiplayer.

This statement actually frightened me.

It's far too tempting when you see multiple games you know you want to try someday on sale for around $4 each.
And yeah, I just did a quick count and found 27 Steam games I've yet to really dig into.

Yeah I know, I've already finished it. It's the Ryder White DLC I still have un-played.

Over 30 games in my "never played" here.
AND, I've separated out the chaff I know I'll never want to play into a separate category.
AND I've got games on GoG and Gamers Gate I've yet to play.
I think I have a problem :/

2 game rule.
Saying that, I bought Limbo.
