I was gonna go on a rant about how none of the NFS games have been any good(besides the first one and the Porsche one)
Have you played the Shift games? If not, they're awesome.

Ulukai, how does Hot Pursuit compare to the Burnout games? From gameplay videos it looks like the gameplay is
really similar.
If you liked Burnout you will like Hot Pursuit, very similar graphic style, not so sure if the gameplay is that similar, to me it kinda plays a bit like Outrun with cops and robber style races, you have stuff you can use to take down cars or throw off pursuit like spike strips, emp, helicopter strikes, roadblocks. Good fun multiplayer as well, and the car models look very nice.

@henke: I need an excuse to hook my up my desktop again. I'm totally gay for L4D1 and 2, and have played with most of this forum at one time or another. I got pretty fucking ace at it after a while, but it has been a few months. I can show you a ton of tricks and tactics. You have a mic, right?
BTW, we need to get some 360 coop going soon. I got my mic finally. Tou are on my friends list on both platforms already so hit me up on steam or XBL whenever.

You back on Steam finally?

Yeah, bro. Look me up. I miss our griefing sessions. Besides, we play pretty damn well together. Vern is no joke either. Dude can RIP a headshot.

I can't believe I was about to spend another £50 on The Sims 3 just to have it on Steam. I'm pretty sure that I can re-download all my Sims stuff on Origin anyway, hopefully for my Mac too (fingers crossed).

Hey! Anyone buy Left 4 Dead 2 on Steam when it was cheap as dirt? GOOD! Cuz now we can play through a beta campaign!
(
http://www.l4d.com/blog/post.php?id=5799) here.
I want to play it simply because it'll be new to everybody. I always get into the L4D games late, which means I'm usually the one guy who has no idea what's going on, while everyone else is an old pro. With this, I can play with everyone else on a level playing field.
So lets do this! >: (

What was I thinking? EA sell you the PC and Mac versions as one, even though the game itself comes on DVD with both versions?
Inconceivable!Bastards. I hope Richard Garriott firebombs your server in outrage.
