It's fine with KB+M, though you have to rebind the keys, because the default binding contains conflicting buttons. There were some buttons for me that I couldn't press at the same time without my PC screaming. :)
I too can be stubborn about using KB+M when playing PC games, but you really need to play Brothers with a dual analog controller and haptic feedback. If you play it any other way, you're missing out on one of the game's core design features and you're diluting the experience of certain critical thematic moments late in the game.

I'm very stubborn about using KB+M for things like FPS, but there plenty of other games for which a good controller is vastly superior. Playing Brothers without a controller is almost as bad as playing an FPS with a controller, in my opinion.
And then there are the oddities.
I never got around to finishing it, but when I was playing the latest Tomb Raider, I mostly used controller but grabbed the mouse every time I wanted to shoot a weapon.

With Macs you're paying a premium for just a bloody brand name and a stylish case. Meanwhile someone with some actual fucking sense will pick up an equivalent, IF NOT SIGNIFICANTLY SUPERIOR, spec'ed PC for noticeably less coin. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Have you ever owned or used a Mac for a significant amount of time? Because that's horsesh*t. Macs probably aren't the best for games but the amazing thing about the power is even a side by side comparison of pure raw specs does not tell you how smooth and fast and seamless your experience will be. For years I said I'd never get one but I needed a laptop for portable working and a year later its still lovely.

I think he's specifically referring to gaming - this is a thread about a Steam sale after all. I don't think there's any denying that if you're buying a machine strictly for gaming, PC is the way to go.
Back on topic - I see Wolfenstein is on sale now for 33% off - not sure it's going to get much better than that.

It's not a daily/flash/vote deal, so there's a chance it will end up as one of those for 50% off.

...Season of Mystery: The Cherry Blossom Murders - yes I enjoy hidden object games I'm not even ashamed...
This was quite a good one, with a small twist on the usual formula. It's one of those sorts of games that I can play with my 3 year old as well. Are there any others you can recommend? I'll keep my eye out for them during the sale.

I'm not alone! Although I don't have a three year old.
The one that changed my previously cynical opinion of hidden object games was
(http://store.steampowered.com/app/218700/) Angelica Weaver: Catch Me When You Can which I got in some bundle. It actually has a reasonably interesting story and a strong atmosphere, but it's about catching a serial killer and would probably give a three year old bad dreams. Even I found it kinda spooky. I have my eye on other stuff from the same developer, but haven't tried them so can't say if they're any good. (
http://store.steampowered.com/sub/15239//) Midnight Mysteries doesn't seem very child friendly either, and (
http://store.steampowered.com/app/16000/) Discovery! sounds a bit bad unfortunately. Only other one I have is (
http://store.steampowered.com/app/3600/) Escape Rosecliff Island which gets confusing and a bit annoying fast as the stuff you need to do is spread over too many screens at a time.

putting my hand up for Cherry Blossom Murders as well, great game to sit around and play with the kids.

Well, if you put it that way...
Cheers.
CiV is on sale today, and while the Complete Edition doesn't have as big of a percentage discount as G&K or BNW, it is still cheaper than getting both of them (13.19€ vs 14.98€).
