On reflection, I think you can probably drop the "hello".

Also even saying that to Koki seems like an exercise in futility.

And I liked the hubs in Crusader a lot too. Then again it was more novel in those days.
On a side note, whilst I was typing up that last post I looked up Lets Plays of Crusader No Regret (since I think they got rid of the hubs from that too when it had been in the game prior) and was reminded of how kickass the music is in that game. I couldn't find any information concrete on whether they were removed or not in that one, though from memory I think they were.
Now back to the topic of the thread. Since the SSS has started I've picked up the following games:
* Assassin's Creed Revelations
* Borderlands
* Metro 2033
* Psychonauts
* Quake 4
* Star Wars: Dark Forces 2
* Star Wars: Force Unleashed 1
* Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2
* Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
* Star Wars: Mysteries of the Sith
* Torchlight
* Unreal Gold
* Unreal 2
A couple of the them I got so I can get rid of the cds for the originals if the need comes along (Unreal and Dark Forces 2) and since they were heavily discounted why not.

EDIT: Whoops, that's the first game's music. Oh well, the Regret tracks are easily accessible in Related Videos.

RE: The Darkness 1.
There were absolutely NO actual rewards for completing the side-quests, unless you count getting a fucking chieve on the Xbox version.
I've not played the Xbox version so I can't speak there, but I do know that there was an item of some sort you had to collect which unlocked stuff.
Here is what gamefaqs had to say on it:
Scattered throughout the game are collectable items. They
lay on the ground or on tables and flash at you, like most
items in games.
After you get the piece of paper, find a phone, and dial the
number. It'll show up as a dialog option, such as "Dial Collectable
phone number #1", and you'll unlock bonus content accessible from
the main menu.
For the collectables acquired in "Hell", you must play the game
until you get out of "Hell", and find a mail box to put the letters
in (it's the public blue ones they put on roads and next to post
offices [in real life, not in the game]).
If you're going for all 100 collectables, you might as well do all the
sidequests as well, since there's only a slight difference.So its more for the completionist sorts out there.

Is any of the SR3 DLC worth a shit besides the Season Pass?
henke on 18/7/2012 at 17:51
Is the LA Noire DLC any good? How's the PC version overall? I have the 360 version of the game, but buying the Complete Edition for 10 euros is probably cheaper than buying the dlcs individually in the XBox Marketplace.
Good looking Indie Bundle today as well. Zombie Driver I enjoyed very much, Dredmor I've heard good things about, Vessel was alright, and Qube looks interesting.

The stuff not in the Season Pass fall into one (or more) of three categories: Clothes, Weapons and Vehicles.
Ask yourself whether you're absolutely hurting for any of that and you should have your answer.

The LA Noire DLC is more LA Noire, but the cases are very good, especially Nicholson Electroplating.

I can get GTA4 and Thief: DS for $10. Does this sound like a good deal?
