I know there is a config file which lets you alter the order of missions and cutscenes, so I guess it comes down to this:
Are original TDP missions/cutscenes included in the Gold Steam release?

No. All you can do with vanilla Gold is skip the three new missions, and avoid the Blooper Reel mission, but all the major and minor changes to all the missions, and two mission briefings, will be untouched Gold.
