In one town, In F3, you have to take care of a supervillan, or hero, depending on your view. Anyway, He happens to be called The Mechanist, who obviously commands a 'leigon' of robots.

The fact that you couldn't recognize him just shows how many different voices he can do and just how talented he truly is.
Although, I myself could hear elements of the Benny voice throughout his lines.
