Quite an achievement for Stephen Russell, I must say :cheeky:
Anyway, I was playing it for the first time yesterday. I walked into the merchant store of Riverwood, and lo and behold, a voice VERY familiar began talking to me.
Brought a tear to my eye I was so happy :D
He seems to have put on a voice half Garrett and half Benny. But at certain parts it is outright Garrett!
I've found two characters so far with his voice. Both merchants, one in Riverwood and one in Whiterun.
TIP:
For an outright Garretty spoken sentence, talk to Belethor, the general store merchant in Whiterun. Ask him about his business, and his answering sentence begins sounding JUST LIKE GARRETT.
Anyway, back to playing Skyrim! ;)

He also voices Enthir, the Dunmer mage that offers to sell you... hard-to-come-by Magic supplies in the Mages college...
Enthir was the first character I noticed was Stephen Russell. I threw up my hands with glee and did a happy dance. I'm glad he's still in the business - he's a fantastic voice actor, and he should get more prominent roles, I think (though he may just value his privacy and doesn't want big name roles).
