I wonder if he'd be delighted or annoyed if anyone did stop him on the street and say

I bet he'd like it. (maybe a little creeped out :P) After all, probably not very many people recognize his face (besides us)
Or you could just approach him and call him a taffer. Then smile and walk away.

But it turns out not to be him, and just some drunk strolling down the street looking for a fight. Also being a thief fan, he takes offense to your insult and throws a right hook at you...
How has Stephen Russell been doing? Anybody hear him in any other games?
