If i have two different custom stims. Could they interfere with each other on
any way. One thing i have not understand with it, is the intensity.
Could that mess things up if its the same or so?

They would not necessarily interfere with each other. Are both of your custom stims doing the same thing?
If for example you have two stims that cause damage to an object, the object will be damaged quicker. It would be similar to Garrett being hit by two guards at the same time. His hitpoints will be taken away quicker tjan if there was only one guard.

I'll check the setup later, and write the setup here.

Two different stim types shouldn't interfere with each other. Besides what John said, though, keep in mind also that whatever has the receptrons for them will need receptrons for both stims, of course. The intensity is the strength of the stimulus, and can be used in different ways. If the receptron is to cause damage, the intensity will typically increase the damage done at higher values. Another way to use different intensities is to have multiple receptrons on the target which react differently to different intensity ranges.

Thanks for the explanation, i use to set intensity to 5 on the source, sometimes o.
On the receptron, nothing in the boxes and no min unchecked and no max checked.
