I did a search and most threads looked dead. Has anyone ever found Hex address or hack to stop the silly constant respawning of guards?
Reading some of the old threads seemed to mention at one time some thought it was controlled on each map though it didn't seem definitive.
Thanks for any tips. :)

I assume you mean the respawning of guards and civilians in the TDS City maps? The last time I looked into the NPC's properties there was one option for respawning which would mean that it cannot be changed without new map files as long as there is no general ini setting or something. However, why would you like to empty the whole town...?

Thanks, Beleg Cúthalion. :)
Maybe I can do it on the maps then, it's not so much clearing the town, it's more plausible if you don't get a constantly spawning guards. Sure you can avoid them but it's just bad design.
Additionally I would like to try to adjust the AI so the citizens and guards can't see the Enforcers as threats so they won't report them or draw weapons on the Enforcers causing fights. The Enforcers should not be seen by regular citizens and guards that is just silly.
Yet if these haven't been done after all these years it's probably not possible I have seen so many complaints about it surely someone would have done it.

Nice read, thanks for the link. :)
I hope one day it can come together like Bloodlines has and it seems like TDS has many more tools to use. Wesp was manually hex editing the maps till I mentioned Turfster's Tool, which I doubt is as good as T3Ed though I never compared them. The texture upgrades sure worked out well. :thumb:
