Hey.
I only play TDS in first person, and I am greatly annoyed by the complex movements Garrett makes (complex for one who is used to previous games).
Is there any way of disabling stuff like Garrett having to turn around before strafing? That is, disabling all the unnecessary movements and just having Garrett more "static"?
I've checked the tweak FAQ, and there is only some speed adjustment and a head-bobbing removal there.

Try the Minimalist Project. It makes the movements of Garrett much more subtle. However, it also changes things like HUD, mission objectives and a lot more stuff; try to find some readme.

Tried it out, it works very well.
Thanks. :p

Is there a way to get the HUD back for the lockpicking when The minimalist project has been installed, but keep the other changes?
It's just too much fiddling around without knowing where the pin is..

Nice! Thanks! Didn't expect an answer so soon, or at all really :)
I'll try it out and post what I did if it works..
OK I've fucked around with the .ini file a lot and finally came up with something that looks utterly fucked up, but works. I don't think anyone else would want my solution :D It works fine for me though, it's at least possible to imagine what it's supposed to be if I squint :D
Time to roll a joint and taff around :)
