I finally made it to the room with the remote, but it's not there! I know where it should be, but it's invisible! Even Dromed only shows its bounding box. Did that happen to anyone else?

I had the same trouble Bumbleson with the remote on the table. I was getting on fine until then. Mind, I still haven't figured out how to open the drain in the basement. Does anybody know if it is possible?

I don't think you can open any basement drain, as that would extend the mission beyond the boudary limitations.
The remote was just sitting on the desk just fine for me, dunno what's wrong for some folks - maybe it gets teleported there after something, or something like that?

hey nightwalker!<br />i went back to the workbench and there was the sextant , the glasses and the lab equipement ... no remote !!! <br />can it changes places depending on the difficulty ?

I've only played it on one difficulty, so I'm not sure, but I haven't seen anyone mention a different location. I guess it could be a bug. I'll try playing it again later, if I have time, on a different difficulty setting, just to try it out.

I'm on Normal, everyone is out cold, got most all the loot though I can't really tell since the mission won't end since I can't find the remote. It's definetely not on the workbench.

According to Dromed it should be lying on top of the workbench where the X-shaped scratches are.<br />Ive looked at it again in Dromed and it seems it is just a tiny bit misplaced so that it's not rendered in the game. I moved it around a bit and there it was!
