Just a thought - are you thinking lever numbering is like floor numbering? 1 is the top lever, not the bottom one. Looking up the shaft you should see On, On, Off.
I must have done this puzzle more than 50 times during testing in just about every order you can think of; when it didn't work it always turned out to be because I'd made a mistake somewhere.

ffox I did them assuming that 1 was at the bottom and 3 at the top, so I did them all like that and three of them worked like that, but blue was the only one where 1 was at the top and 3 at the bottom.
Now I just need to know what that little button inside the cell does? I thought maybe it might open the chest of drawers in the other room but it didnt.

ffox not the one in the cell beside Vivianne, I'm talking about this mission, there's a cell with a little button on the back wall. its beside another little cell that's locked.

You're back at the same place you were in at the end of the last mission so it's the same button. It does nothing in this mission.

Ok That was embarrassing! LOL..Totally lost my bearings...pretty much just like in real life, I try to drive to the next state and I end up in the west coast. :o

Ok I found my way back up to the cell room and got my equipment, but my other objective won't check off. The door out of there is blocked, and there's no way out. Is there an exit in the sewers I need to find?

Yes. You should go back up the ladder and find a way through gate 3.

Completed water tower puzzle and swam through to other side. Entered cave but now I can't seem to cross next water barrier. How do you do it?
